Introducing Athenas Choice, named after the goddess of wisdom who created the olive tree as a gift to humanity.

A cold resistant variety, Athenas Choice will thrive from the poles to the tropics. Drought resistant, Athenas Choice can also withstand high summer temperatures.

Athenas Choice’s cropping ability, disease resistance, texture and flavour combine to make it an excellent choice for home gardens. It produces medium sized fruit with a high pulp to pit ratio that make it an excellent table olive and a great oil producer.
